The KANTHAL coiling machine enables the manufacture of uniform and reproducible KANTHAL coils, whereby a uniform temperature can be obtained along the element.
Wire diameters for - VE is 0.15 - 1.0 mm.For T max. 0.8 mm. Mandrel speed for all 0-6000rpm. Max, coil dia is 9 mm and in special cases up to 12 mm.Optionals are tandem winding and pitch winding.
For KOC-HD, the wire range is 0.3- 1.6 mm. Mandrel speed is 0-6000 rpm. Tandem device is an option(KOC-T) |
